Le Flo, our winery’s new cuvée, released in 2022, was aged for 10 months in amphorae. Subtle and complex, it is both floral and mineral. It’s named after the woman I chose 20 years ago, the mother of my children.
I’m impressed by her boundless energy, courage and determination! A cuvee just for her! And as an illustration, a vine drawn by an artist, my mother-in-law… a Flo too!

Tasting
Nose : a fine, well-balanced nose, with floral and white peach notes.
Palate : Well-balanced on the palate, with floral and mineral notes.

Demoiselles
AOC Fitou rouge
Red blended wine. Grenache noir, syrah, and carignan. Aged for 12 months in cement tanks. Notes of red fruits and garrigue. Soft tannins.
Louise
AOC Fitou rouge
Red blended wine. Grenache noir, syrah, and carignan. Aged for 12 months in cement tanks, followed by 4 months in barrels. Notes of red fruits, garrigue. Spicy finish.
Relique
IGP Vallée-du-Paradis
Red blended wine. Cinsault, syrah, grenache noir, gris, and blanc. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Notes of small red fruits (currant, cherry), floral jasmine hint. Fresh attack and peppery finish.
Flo
IGP Vallée-du-Paradis
White blended wine. Grenache blanc, grenache gris, and macabeu. Aged in amphora. Balanced mouthfeel. Floral and mineral notes.
