Organic red wine
Blend of cinsault, syrah, grenache noir, gris and blanc. Indigenous yeasts. Aged 6 months in stainless steel vats. Unsulphured, unfined and unfiltered. Nose: notes of fresh bread, granny apple and rhubarb. Tart on the palate, with a red fruit finish.
